About Tedi

A highly accomplished design leader with over a decade of experience, Tedi specializes in ready-to-wear, performance/activewear, lingerie, swimwear, and sleepwear across menswear, womenswear, and childrenswear. Now working as a freelance Design Director and consultant, she collaborates with brands to develop compelling, strategically driven collections that merge creativity with strong market awareness. Her deep expertise in trend forecasting allows her to anticipate shifts in consumer preferences and translate them into commercially successful, forward-thinking designs.
 

Previously, as Design Manager for Womenswear at Esprit, she led the mainline ready-to-wear, accessories, and graphics teams, driving the brand’s creative vision. Prior to that, she launched Karl Lagerfeld’s bodywear and swimwear divisions, delivering top-performing collections and exclusive collaborations with Kenneth Ize, Amber Valletta, and Aubade.
 

Her portfolio includes successful campaign-driven projects like Calvin Klein’s Pride SS20 collection and Bijenkorf’s 150th anniversary collection, balancing creative vision with commercial objectives to deliver impactful results. Known for inspiring teams and fostering collaboration, she brings a forward-thinking, strategic approach to design and leadership.
